Ermira Zace has 11 years of experience in finance and management.

She is a graduate of Tirana Agricultural University, with a BA degree in Finance & Accounting from the Faculty of Economy and Agricultural Policies.

After graduation, Ermira started working as finance officer at the Albanian Children Alliance, a NGO operating in 12 regions of Albania Supported by UNICEF. Three years later she joined “Observatory for Children and Youth rights” as the finance and administration officer for six consecutive years. “Observatory for Children and Youth rights” organization was supported by different donors such as UNICEF, CFLI, UNFPA.

In 2019, Ermira joined started (ACPD) Albanian Center for Population and Development, a NGO which focuses on issues such as population development and health issues including reproductive health as finance manager.

Ermira started working at CSL in September 2020.
