Xheni Maçi (Behushi) holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and  Banking and a Master’s Degree in the same profile Finance and Banking from the European University of Tirana. She has extensive experience in financial analysis, institutional reporting and regulatory compliance, gained through her 10 years for work at the Bank of Albania as well as at other major financial Institutions. In her professional roles, she has been engaged in monitoring and anylizing performance, assessing risk and supporting compliance with regulatory and institutional frameworks. She brings experience in data management, results tracking, and performance reporting, contributing to evidence- based, decision – making and organizational accountability. Mr. Maçi has a strong interest in strengthening institutional performance and impact through effective monitoring and evaluations systems.
