Criteria to be met by the principals / deputy principals in duty and teachers aspiring to become principals are:

• Have completed their studies in the Republic of Albania in a secondary cycle program or have attended a 4-year study program in the field of pedagogy and have obtained the relevant diploma, or have been graduated abroad in a secondary cycle program in the field of pedagogy and have evaluated their diploma at Educational Services Center.
• Have working experience as a teacher and are a “Qualified Teacher”.
• Are not subject to disciplinary measures at the time of application (preferential criteria).
