The Compulsory Preparatory Training Program for certification for PEI principals is accredited by the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth by the Decision No. 3, date 20.02.2020, with 27 credits in total.

The training program lasts 9 months and it is organized by the following six modules:

• Module 1: Development of School with Vision and Strategy and the Management of Change (54 hours in total: 36 hours in auditorium and 18 hours practice)
• Module 2: Effective leadership in curriculum development, teaching and learning (216 hours in total: 126 hours in auditorium and 90 hours practice)
• Module 3: Effective management of staff, resources and funds (36 hours in total: 18 hours in auditorium and 18 hours practice)
• Module 4: Leading transformation changes in school according to the Legal Framework of Albanian Education System (18 hours in auditorium)
• Module 5: Establishing cooperation with parents and the community (36 hours in auditorium)
• Module 6: Professional development of staff to be educational leader (72 hours in total: 36 hours in auditorium and 36 hours practice)
