In the framework of the Fifth Cohort of participants who will attend the Compulsory Training Program (CTP) for principals of pre-university education institutions, the Center for School Leadership (CSL) commenced a 5-day Training of Trainers Workshop starting on October 10, 2022.

The workshop is conducted with the support and expertise of Dr. Koby Gutterman, former director of the Compulsory Training Program for school principals at the Avney Rosha School Leadership Institute in Tel Aviv, Israel.

During this workshop, the trainers will be equipped with methodologies and techniques to effectively transfer knowledge of the Compulsory Training Program (CTP) modules, aimed at enhancing and strengthening the leadership and management skills of school principals.
