On 14–15 November 2025, the Center for School Leadership held its 5th Annual Conference in Shkodër, focusing on “Leadership and Management in Education.” The event was organized in collaboration with “Luigj Gurakuqi” University and the Albanian Institute of Sociology, the latter serving as coordinator.

The conference featured three parallel sessions, during which 40 scientific papers by 58 authors were presented. The presentations provided significant contributions to leadership and management in pre-university education and promoted the exchange of experiences and good practices among professionals in the field.

A special highlight of this year’s conference was its accreditation by the Agency for Quality Assurance in Pre-University Education with 4 credits, enhancing the professional and academic value for participants and contributing to the advancement of their competencies in educational leadership.
