On May 18, 2022, the Certification Ceremony took place for 102 participants from the third cohort who successfully completed the Compulsory Training Program for leaders of pre-university education institutions after passing the certification testing process.

Over the course of the first three cohorts of the Compulsory Training Program, a total of 334 participants have been certified to lead pre-university education institutions.

Present at the Certification Ceremony for the third cohort were Mr. Michael D. Granoff, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Albanian-American Development Foundation; Mrs. Evis Kushi, Minister of Education and Sports; board members of the Albanian-American Development Foundation, Mrs. Elisabeta Gjoni and Mrs. Aida Repishti; Executive Co-Directors of the Albanian-American Development Foundation, Mr. Aleksandër Sarapuli and Mr. Martin Mata, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Education and Sports.

Thanks to the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the Center for School Leadership and the School Leadership Training Center at Harvard University in the USA, 3 Merit Scholarships were awarded for the first time to participants with the highest results in the certification process, granting them access to continuing education programs at this prestigious institution globally.
