On 27 February 2026, the Center for School Leadership organized the training session entitled “Pedagogical Leadership in the Digital Era – Challenges and Opportunities for Preschool Institutions,” with the participation of the second cohort of the Compulsory Training Program for Preschool Institution.

The training was designed to enrich participants’ professional experience within the framework of the program, bringing into focus the benefits and challenges faced by kindergarten leaders in the context of rapid technological change.

Discussions centered on the role of pedagogical leadership in the digital era and explored practical ways to use technology with a clear pedagogical purpose, translating it into added value for children’s development and well-being.

The session was led by Ms. Gerda Sula, lecturer at the University of Tirana and Executive Director of “Step by Step” Center, who delivered the training through an interactive and practice-oriented approach.

At the end of the activity, certificates of participation were awarded to all participants.
