On 22–23 May 2026, the Center for School Leadership successfully organized its 6th International Conference on the theme “Leadership and Management in Education”.

The conference was held at the premises of Fehmi Agani University in Gjakova, in cooperation with our long-term partner, the Albanian Institute of Sociology. It provided an important space for the exchange of ideas, experiences, and research findings in the field of leadership and management in education.

During the conference, 40 scientific papers were presented by 68 authors from different academic and educational institutions. The papers addressed current issues and important challenges related to the development of leadership and management in pre-university education.

The Center for School Leadership expresses its sincere appreciation to all authors, participants, and partners who contributed to the organization and success of this conference, making it a valuable platform for professional dialogue and academic development.
