On November 1, 2025, the Center for School Leadership, in collaboration with Innovation Hub and AI Albania, organized the First National Deliberative Survey on Teachers’ and School Leaders’ Perceptions of Artificial Intelligence in Albanian Pre-University Education.

This pioneering initiative, conducted for the first time in Albania using the Stanford University Deliberative Democracy methodology, engaged a group of 320 participants — including school principals, teachers, and education professionals — who reflected on how artificial intelligence is influencing teaching and learning processes.

The survey aims to provide a comprehensive assessment of the current state of AI use in education, identifying key challenges, opportunities, and development needs.
The final report, to be produced based on the survey findings, will serve as a foundation for developing more effective and sustainable policies for AI integration in education, in line with international best practices.
