Following the success of the current training model for school principals, which the Center for School Leadership has offered for over five years, we are taking an important step to expand our activities into the preschool education sector.

This sector faces unique challenges, as the lack of qualified leaders directly impacts the quality of services for children. For this reason, a new training and certification program has been developed, based on professional standards and best international practices, aiming to strengthen leadership and management across the 582 kindergartens in Albania.

In close collaboration with key stakeholders and the community, we believe this initiative will become a success story for preschool education.
