\r\n \tDecision of the Council of Ministers No. 540\/2018, dated 19.09.2018<\/strong>, \"On the organization and functioning of the\u00a0 Center for School Leadership\u00a0 and the procedures for training and certification.\"<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nSince October 2018, CSL has operated as an independent entity in terms of administration, finances, and the management of training programs.\r\n\r\nThe Center for School Leadership is registered under Tirana Judicial District Court, No. 1329, dated 18.01.2019, as a non-profit organization. Its mission is to support the professional development of current principals, vice principals, and candidates for leadership roles in public and private pre-university educational institutions. This mission is realized by administering the Compulsory Training Program (CTP)<\/strong> and the subsequent certification process, as well as by offering continuous professional development for school principals and teachers through the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Program<\/strong>.\r\n\r\n
