Dr. Jola Kepi is a senior professional with 20 years of experience across public administration and the private sector. She has spent 12 years in public service, including roles within the Ministry of Finance and the Council of Ministers, complemented by a six-month professional placement with the OECD at the Bundeskanzleramt in Vienna.

She also brings five years of private-sector experience from Tirana International Airport, offering a well-rounded perspective that bridges policy, governance, and operational management.

Recognized for high ethical standards and a strong commitment to excellence, Dr. Kepi is known for her professionalism, energy, and continuous learning mindset.

Her academic background is equally distinguished, with a focus on international education and management. She holds a BA in Banking & Finance, a double MBA, a postgraduate qualification in Environmental Governance with a focus on the European Union, and a PhD in Marketing Management. She has contributed to the field through national and international publications.

Dr. Kepi joined the Center for School Leadership (CSL) on 1 March 2023, bringing strategic expertise and a results-driven approach to advancing CSL’s mission and expanding its impact.
