Eraldo Hatija completed his bachelor’s studies in Albanian Language and Literature at “Ismail Qemali” University in Vlorë and earn a Master of Science in Teaching Albanian Language and Literature, also in Vlorë.

With five years of experience in the field of education, Eraldo has contributed across all levels of the educational system, from teaching in high schools to working at Regional Education Directorate and in higher education institutions.

Throughout his career, he has worked on various educational projects, contributing to non-formal education initiatives that help enhance young people’s skills.

Eraldo’s work in education has helped him develop a broad perspective on students’ needs and challenges, making him an active contributor in the field of education.
