Dhurata Myrtollari graduated from “Eqerem Çabej” University Gjirokastër in Language – Literature, holds the title “Master Teacher” with the rating “Excellent”. She has a long experience of 26 years in Pre-University Education in Albania, as a teacher and principal in various schools. In addition to teaching, she works as a trainer and collaborator in the continuous professional development of teachers. In 2020, she was certified as an international trainer of the Edmodo school digital platform. Holds the title of “Ambassador” of the eTwinning and Scientific networks, two communities of teachers from European schools. She has represented Albania as an innovative teacher, selected by Microsoft at the Global Education Forum, held in Budapest, Hungary in 2016. Winner of the “Teacher of the Year 2017” award in Albania. Winner of the Prize for Education and Teaching, ICT AWARDS 6 in April 2018. During the pandemic, she was part of the team of teachers of RTSh Shkolla. Dhurata Myrtollari was part of the panel of guests as “Hero Teachers” from UNESCO on January 25, 2021. She was part of the team in the drafting of the National Education Strategy 2022-2026.
