Erion Muça has a long and diverse professional and academic experience as: lecturer, researcher and scientific/applicative researcher of education, employment and career issues, trainer, as well as designer of programs, manuals, and curricula in the field of employment, education and career 

Mr. Muça is a full-time lecturer at the Department of Education Sciences and Vocational Training at Barleti University and at the same time is the Head of the Training Structure at this University. Mr. Muça is a very active expert in public appearances in the media on sensitive issues related to education, employment, and career issues. Throughout his career, he has contributed professionally and publicly to the approaches of the simultaneous perspective of success in employment and career for young people, being at the same time the only researcher of employment and career with Expert status in these two fields.
