Flutura Sheshi graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Department of Physics. She has about 40 years of professional experience in education, as a high school teacher, education specialist in training, qualification and inspection, head of several public and non-public institutions.

Also, she has been a drafter of curricula, State Matura tests, physics Olympiads, school textbooks in years, participant in various projects, organizer of activities on education in Albania, participant in national and international conferences. Starting from September 2019, she is a trainer of teachers and directors of Pre-university Education for continuous qualification, at Barleti University, program leader for the third generation of the School of Directors, CSL, as well as a trainer in continuous education at CSL for three modules.
