Shkëlqim Allkaj, Head of Curriculum and Quality in the Ministry of Education and Sports.
Graduated from the University of Tirana asTeacher of Albanian language and literature; Owns a executive master in “Literary Studies”; master’s degree in linguistics for “Editor”; Bachelor in Law and Master of Science in “Civil Law” (second year continuation).
For 12 years, he served as a director in public and private, 9-year and secondary schools (high school, economic, pedagogical). For nearly 5 years, he served as the director of the Regional Educational Directorate of Fier District and for 4 years as the head of human resources of MAS. He worked as an external lecturer at a private university for education subjects and is currently a trainer at CSL.
