Zenel SINA is a lecturer in the Department of Pedagogy of the Faculty of Education at “Aleksandër Moisiu” University, Durrës. He completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Tirana “ShPU Pedagogy” (2004) and obtained the scientific degree “Doctorate in Pedagogy” at the University of Tirana (2014). During his academic career, he directed the Department of Pedagogy, devised, and directed the Center for Continuing Education and other administrative tasks at “Aleksandër Moisiu” University, Durrës. He worked as a teacher, school leader, trainer and activist in civil society, mainly in the field of education. His most outstanding contribution is in the direction of professional development of teachers, school management, education legislation, curriculum, parenting and applied psychology in education.
