Short description

In this module, participants will be trained in the various processes faced by a school leader related to the effective management of human and financial resources. They will be given examples of similar practices in developed countries, regarding the management of human and financial resources. Theoretical situations and practical exercises to learn will be also provided to them.

• perform a performance evaluation of the staff, identifying the weak and strong points of each of them, and giving relevant recommendations for their professional development.
